RELATIONAL RESONANCE MEDITATION

This 5-minute guided meditation can be practiced alone or with one or more partners as a way to break free of limiting thought patterns, and become fully present within yourself and with others.

It’s helpful to share what comes up with a partner or write in a journal after you complete the meditation.

This 10-minute guided meditation is based on the book “The Trust Frequency” by Connie Baxter Marlow and Andrew Cameron Bailey.

It is a powerful way to REMEMBER that we live in a “conscious loving universe”.
