We say it takes a village to be a human!

However, in today's hyper-connected world
the DEEP, SLOW, VILLAGE-SCALE connections of times past are hard to come by.

This website is a place-holder for a grassroots effort of pioneers working to actualize "villages of the future" (volunteers to help with media/website much appreciated!)

Our intention is to be inclusive of many different expressions of "village" from land-based to virtual-- with the primary emphasis being to identify, document, and incubate best practices and models that support villages where people are focused on living an awakened life.

Imagine if there was a model of awakening village you could plug into anywhere in the world that was consistent, inclusive and adaptable?

Twelve-step organizations around the world have pioneered this practice for people struggling with addiction. What if you didn't have to be an addict to get the loving support of caring community the "anonymous" programs provide? 

We have all of the solutions we need to heal humanity!
The real work is integrating them in practical ways that make it easy for people to learn and practice an awakened way of life.
